Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at stuffnthingzllc@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return: perishable goods (food, drinks, snacks), personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used, and items marked as final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at stuffnthingzllc@outlook.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
