Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the cart for current promotions.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at stuffnthingzllc@outlook.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
